Another Election: How will real estate be affected?
Another election has come and gone. The Republicans took a giant step in congress. How will this affect real estate pricing? Here is my thought: There is too much of government trying to control the situation. Some of our housing troubles just need to work themselves out. The quicker that is allowed, the quicker we will get back on track with slow, gradual, and steady appreciation. That is balance, and nature is all about balance. Too much of one thing means not enough of it down the road. Congress is now in balance between the Dems and Republicans. That is a start. Less taxes and less government. We can start to work our way out of this mess. In the meantime, everybody buy property to do your fair share!
